Jason Hade M.D. is a board certified ophthalmologist. Dr. Hade was raised in Denville and went on to graduate magna cum laude from Wake Forest University in Winston-Salem, North Carolina. While at Wake Forest, Dr. Hade majored in biology with a minor in chemistry and was a member of the Men's Varsity tennis team. In addition, he was chosen to be part of a group of students to study abroad in Venice, Italy.
Following graduation from Wake Forest, Dr. Hade worked for several years as a scientist for research and development at an immunodiagnostic company. He then entered medical school at UMDNJ- New Jersey Medical School. While there, he was selected to two prestigious honor societies. The first, Alpha Omega Alpha, is given to the top 10% of students for exceptional academic achievement and the second, Gold Humanism Honor Society, is given for demonstration of excellence in clinical care, leadership, compassion and dedication to service. He then completed an internship program as a Transitional Year resident at both Morristown Memorial Hospital and Overlook Hospital. Dr. Hade returned to New Jersey Medical School to complete his residency at The Institute of Ophthalmology and Visual Science where he trained in Ophthalmology and Ophthalmic Surgery. Following residency, Dr. Hade worked for two years in a private practice prior to opening his own office in 2011.
Dr. Hade maintains membership in several professional organizations including the American Academy of Ophthalmology and the American Academy of Cataract and Refractive Surgery. He has presented research at several national meetings.
Dr. Hade has full staff privileges at St. Barnabas Hospital (Livingston, NJ).
Dr. Hade lives in Morris county. In his spare time, he enjoys playing tennis, weight training, cooking and spending time with his wife and children.

Dr. Sanjai Jalaj, MD, is a board-certified, fellowship-trained ophthalmologist specializing in corneal, cataract, and refractive surgery.
